2. Services Provided
CyberCraftStudio provides web development, UI/UX design, and SEO optimisation services based on a custom project agreement. Each project is subject to its own specific timeline and scope of work defined in the initial consultation.
3. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, the ownership of the website's final code and design assets is transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are structured in milestones as discussed during the project kickoff. Due to the high-customisation nature of web development, we do not typically offer refunds for completed milestones.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we build highly secure and fast websites, CyberCraftStudio is not liable for data loss, server downtime, or third-party platform changes beyond our control.
